Jeffrey's central focus is improvement of the human condition, all along the continuum from great suffering to enlightenment. Jeffrey has studied alternative therapies to provide chronic pain treatment, relieve suffering, and promote awareness.
Practicing since 1977, he has mastered several alternative therapies and forged connections between them.
In addition to individual treatment sessions, Jeffrey offers continuing education courses, study groups and mentoring to assist other practitioners to improve and broaden their skills. His specialties include Rolfing®, which is effective in chronic pain treatment; Cranio Sacral Therapy, useful for TMJ treatment; and Visceral Manipulation, which he employs for carpal tunnel syndrome treatment.
Jeffrey recognizes that no one treatment method will provide the answer for everyone. Nor will any one assessment method discover the roots of all problems. The benefits of understanding many alternative therapies is that each approach is right for some people some of the time. In addition to deepening his understanding of his current skills, Jeffrey continually studies additional methods and perspectives.
In all his years of hands on therapy practice, Jeffrey has dedicated himself to providing effective and efficient treatment for each and every client.
Rolfing®
Rolfing® is an original and scientifically validated system of body restructuring and movement education. It releases the body's segments - legs, torso, arms, etc. - from life long patterns of tension and bracing and permits gravity to realign them. Rolfing® is an effective method for treatment of chronic pain and many other maladies.

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle method of detection and correction that encourages your own natural healing mechanisms to dissipate negative effects of stress on your central nervous system.Cranio Sacral Therapy is employed for TMJ treatment, scoliosis, and other disorders.

Visceral Manipulation
The visceral system relies on the interconnected synchronicity between the motions of all the organs and structures of the body. At optimal health, this harmonious relationship remains stable despite the body's endless varieties of motion. Both Rolfing® and Visceral Manipulation are effective therapies for carpal tunnel syndrome treatment.
