[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Length of Each Treatment
To provide the best treatment the actual work time will vary. Each appointment is scheduled 1 hour apart which includes the transition time of clients.
Length of Time Between Treatments
Treatments are normally spaced two to six weeks apart, occasionally longer. Change always occurs between treatments and it is essential to give the body time to come to a new equilibrium between treatments.
Number of Treatments
No contract for a specific number of treatments is required. Your body is unique and together we will help you determine what will work best for your needs and goals.
Some clients find their needs are met after a few sessions, while others have many issues to untangle and substantially more sessions are needed to achieve balance. Upon meeting your goals, you will usually not need additional work for months or years. Some clients choose to return twice per year for “tune ups” to remain in balance.
When to Expect Improvements
Many people feel change during the first treatment, while for others the problems are more complex and pain reduction may not be felt for 3 – 4 visits. During this time, flexibility and alignment usually are improving. Look for the improvement in movement & alignment along the way. Each treatment makes valuable change but sometimes several issues must be addressed before pain levels fall.
Always feel free to contact us with any uncertainty of improvement. If pain levels are not improving after four visits, we have to question if this is the right kind of treatment.
Fees and Payment
Payment is to be made at the time of service. Effective May 1, 2019, the fee for each appointment is $165.00.
To assist with keeping administrative costs down, we encourage payment be made in cash or by check. We also accept debit card or any major credit card (excluding American Express). If you choose to pay by check, please have your check prepared before you arrive for the treatment.
Insurance : We do not bill any insurance for services provided. All communications with insurance companies are between the client & the respective insurance company – any requests we get from an insurance company for records will be returned to the client. For any one needing a Statement Receipt seeking insurance reimbursements, these will continue to be provided as always and can be available at each appointment or emailed to you upon request – no charge for this service. Since not all claims will require chart notes to accompany the claim, we do not include this as part of the Statement Receipt. However, for any client who wants or requires copies of their chart notes as a result of submitting a claim against insurance, please contact us directly and we’ll provide you with our policy and Fee Structure (providing copies of chart notes and copies of client files are chargeable services).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
