Rolfing® Structural Integration
Rolfing® is an original and scientifically validated system of body restructuring and movement education. It releases the body’s segments – legs, torso, arms, etc. – from life long patterns of tension and bracing and permits gravity to realign them. Rolfing® is an effective method for treatment of chronic pain and many other maladies.
Cranial Manipulation
Special methods of assessment and treatment have been developed in several schools to correct alignment and mobility problems in the head. Benefits often go well beyond the head. Jeffrey has studied cranial methods in several schools, and brings all these perspectives to his work with each person.
Visceral Manipulation
The internal organs are all attached directly or indirectly to the musculoskeletal frame. If the organ support membranes are tight, or if there are organ adhesions, not only can organ function be compromised, but pain and stiffness are often referred to the muscles and joints. Finding and gently correcting these organ restrictions reduces these problems. Jeffrey is trained to the instructor level in visceral manipulation.
